By accessing or using ReelSpree, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information and must not share access in a way that compromises the service.
3. Credits and plans
ReelSpree may use credits, subscriptions, or other paid plans. Credit amounts, pricing, and plan benefits may change over time. Credits do not represent cash or stored monetary value.
4. Generated content
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, artifacts, similarities to other content, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing or using it commercially.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use ReelSpree for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, exploitation, unauthorized impersonation, intellectual-property abuse, malicious content, or other prohibited activities described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Third-party services
ReelSpree may depend on third-party services, including payment processors and AI generation providers. Availability and performance of those services may affect ReelSpree.
7. Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelSpree will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service.
