Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or where ReelSpree decides otherwise in exceptional circumstances.
2. Credits
Purchased or included credits are not redeemable for cash and are generally non-refundable once used.
3. Failed generations
When a generation fails before a usable result is produced, ReelSpree may automatically return the applicable credits to your account.
4. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once or charged incorrectly, contact support with the relevant billing details so the issue can be reviewed.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future renewal. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
